Delivery & Shipping
At Fussy Feast, we pride ourselves on delivering freshly prepared, halal meals to your door with care, clarity and efficiency.
Order Processing
– Once you’ve placed your order, we schedule preparation strategically to ensure the utmost freshness.
– Meals are cooked the day before dispatch, then sealed and frozen at –18 °C to –24 °C.
– Frozen meals are held until dispatch so they arrive in optimal condition.
Delivery Options & Cut-Offs
– Following the announcements made on 25/09/2025, the deliveries will only be made once a month on the days selected at the discretion of Fussy Feast. The stock will be made “Out of Stock” once the order cut-off time has passed.
Delivery Charges
– Orders totalling £200 or more (excluding delivery) qualify for free shipping.
Delivery Responsibility
– It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to accept the delivery.
– If nobody is in, Royal Mail will leave a “Something for you” card; you must arrange re-delivery or collection directly with them.
– Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot refund or replace orders returned to us because of failed delivery attempts.
Address Accuracy
– Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct.
– If Royal Mail is unable to deliver due to an incorrect or incomplete address, any redelivery costs will be charged to you, and no refund will be given.
Storage Upon Arrival
– On receipt, immediately refrigerate (up to 48 hours) or freeze (up to 3 months) to maintain peak freshness.
– Detailed storage and serving instructions accompany every order.
Important Notes & Liability
– All delivery times are estimates and subject to Royal Mail schedules, bank holidays and unforeseen delays.
– Fussy Feast cannot be held responsible for delays, losses or damage once your order is in Royal Mail’s care.
– We recommend ordering early in the week (Monday–Wednesday) if your cat is low on stock, to allow for any courier delays or weekend closures.
– If you have any questions about cut-offs, options or fees, please contact us before placing your order—better to ask in advance than be disappointed later.
