At Fussy Feast, all our meals are freshly prepared to order, using premium ingredients to ensure the highest quality for your feline companion. Due to the perishable nature of our products and the fact they are custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed and dispatched.
No Returns Policy
As all our products are food items prepared specifically for your order, they cannot be restocked or resold. By placing an order with Fussy Feast, you acknowledge and agree to waive your right to return these items under The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which exclude perishable goods from return eligibility.
Refund Policy
We strive to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at [insert contact email or form link]. We may request photos of the product and packaging to assist with our investigation.
Refunds or replacements will only be considered in cases of:
- Orders arriving damaged due to transit issues.
- Incorrect items sent due to an error on our part.
- Products not matching the description provided at the time of purchase.
Order Cancellations
As our meals are prepared fresh to order, cancellations are only possible if made within 1 hour of placing the order. After this period, ingredients may have been sourced and preparation may have begun, meaning the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
