At Fussy Feast, we take pride in delivering freshly prepared, halal meals directly to your door with care and efficiency.
Order Processing
- Once your order is placed and at least 1 hour has passed, we will begin preparing your cat’s fresh meal.
- To ensure maximum freshness, meals are only prepared on the day they are ready to be dispatched.
- Once prepared, your meals are sealed and dispatched on the same day using Royal Mail Next Day Delivery.
Delivery Charges
- Orders over £35 qualify for free shipping.
- Orders below this value will incur a standard shipping fee, which will be clearly shown at checkout.
Delivery Responsibility
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to accept the delivery.
- If no one is available at the time of delivery, you will need to contact Royal Mail directly to arrange re-delivery.
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, any orders returned to us because of failed delivery attempts cannot be refunded.
Storage Upon Arrival
- As soon as you receive your delivery, please immediately refrigerate or freeze the meals to maintain freshness and quality.
- Detailed storage instructions will be provided with your order.

- Delivery times are estimates and subject to courier schedules and unforeseen delays.
- Fussy Feast cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by Royal Mail or circumstances beyond our control.
