Fussy Feast provides freshly prepared, homemade, halal cat food made to order, with a focus on quality, ethical sourcing, and catering to fussy feline appetites.

2. Ordering & Acceptance

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that all details provided are accurate and complete.
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
Fussy Feast reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of incorrect pricing or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Product Information

All products are described as accurately as possible.
As our products are handmade to order, slight variations in appearance, texture, and portioning may occur.
Our meals are perishable and made fresh. They must be stored correctly upon delivery as per the instructions provided.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP and are inclusive of VAT (where applicable).
Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order.
We accept payments through secure gateways (WooPayments). We do not store or process your card details directly.

5. Delivery

We deliver to addresses within the UK.
Delivery timescales provided are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery details. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by you.
Once delivered, products must be refrigerated or frozen immediately.

6. Perishable Goods – No Returns

Due to the fresh, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
By purchasing, you agree to waive your right to return under The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which excludes perishable goods.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds or replacements will only be considered if:
- Products arrive damaged.
- You receive the wrong items due to our error.
- Items do not match their product description.
You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery, providing photographic evidence where required.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placement, after which production may have already started.
Once preparation begins, orders are non-refundable.

All content on this website (text, images, graphics, and logos) is the property of Fussy Feast and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, or modify any content without our prior written consent.

10. Liability

While we strive to use high-quality, natural ingredients, it is your responsibility to check product information if your cat has any allergies or specific dietary requirements.
Fussy Feast cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens.
